Iron Fist Veterans of Canada

The Iron Fist Veterans of Canada organization is honored to announce its stewardship of the former “Heroes Highway Ride” (HHR), a cherished event dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans and active-duty service members. Under new leadership, this iconic ride will continue in 2025 with a fresh identity, now known as the HONOUR ROLL.

This rebranding reflects a renewed commitment to recognizing and celebrating the sacrifices and bravery of those who serve. The Iron Fist Veterans are dedicated to preserving the ride’s traditions while enhancing the experience for participants and supporters alike, creating a meaningful and memorable event that continues to uphold the legacy of the original Heroes Highway Ride.

The Heroes Highway Ride & Rally (HHR) started in 2009 to 2024, grew into Canada’s largest premier “Support Our Troops” event, uniting communities in patriotic support and raising awareness of the contributions and sacrifices of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and their families.

The birth of the Honour Roll

On June 1, 2024, the Heroes Highway Ride (HHR) held its final ride, marking the end of an era and the symbolic passing of the torch to its successor, the HONOUR ROLL. This transition ushers in a new chapter in supporting Canadian Armed Forces veterans and active members.

The inaugural Honour Roll ride is set for June 7, 2025, with exciting new landmarks on the route. Riders will start at the National Air Force Museum of Canada, a location steeped in Canadian military history, and will complete the journey at the Canadian Tank Museum, the home of the Ontario Regiment. This new route highlights the Honour Roll’s commitment to honoring Canada’s military heritage and celebrating those who serve.

With this evolution, the Honour Roll continues the HHR’s legacy, preserving the spirit of unity, pride, and patriotism while introducing new traditions for riders and supporters alike.

The Iron Fist Veterans are proud to support the Homes for Heroes Foundation as their chosen charity. This incredible organization is dedicated to ending homelessness among Canadian military veterans by providing transitional housing and vital support services to help veterans reintegrate into communities across Canada.

With the mission of ensuring every homeless veteran has a place to call home, Homes for Heroes Foundation addresses the unique challenges veterans face after service, offering a pathway toward stability, independence, and a brighter future. The Iron Fist Veterans are honored to champion this cause, supporting Homes for Heroes in their goal to eliminate homelessness among Canada’s military veterans.

Together, we can end homelessness among Canada’s Veterans.
